PROPOSAL SUBJECT:
This proposal presents a formula to be used to calculate
delegate apportionment for the 2008 GPUS Presidential
nominating convention, GPVA version.
BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE:
The current proposal is based directly on the results of the previous
efforts to achieve a broad consensus for apportionment to the GNC.
Except for minor adjustments to address newly approved convention
rules and attendance projections suggested by the ANMC, results are
identical to percentages of GNC representation.
